ChichiLuna Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% thrilled with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
All returns must be received new, unused, have all tags still attached and include the original packaging. ChichiLuna will not accept returns that are without tags, damaged, used and/or altered.
To return your purchase, please please fill out the return section on the packing invoice including the reason for the return. Include the information with the item you are returning and use one of the following methods to return your merchandise:

Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the shipping methods listed above. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of order. Before sending your exchange, please fill out the exchange section on the packing invoice to indicate the type of exchange you would like to make and enclose it in your return package.
